Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
Perform repairs efficiently and accurately to restore proper functioning of air conditioning units

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency

Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems, including handling equipment, running ductwork, and connecting electrical components, under the guidance of senior technicians

Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing explanations of services performed and recommendations for optimal HVAC system performance
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively

Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders, service reports, and inventory usage
Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Follow safety guidelines for handling HVAC equipment, tools, and materials

Must have 1 year of technician experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR report
Must be able to pass a background and drug check
Must possess the ability to own and use power tools
Ability to wear company-approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal, or OSHA regulations
Must complete tasks within the company’s standard timeframe
This job operates in a construction site environment and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions or inside conditions
