City of Tampa Testing Sites
In response to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Florida, the City of Tampa has opened two COVID-19 testing sites offering free tests to the public.
The following COVID-19 testing sites are open daily from 9AM-5PM:
- Al Lopez Park (4602 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614)

The testing sites are open to the public and free of charge to residents. Individuals without insurance can also receive free testing. No appointment is required but residents are encouraged to pre-register. Walk-ups are also available on a first-come-first-serve basis while supplies last. Both PRC and Rapid Antigen tests are available. Residents are allowed one type of test per day.
Face masks are required except during the few moments for the nasal swab.
