The city of Clearwater has received a total of $22,483,893 under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA(Show info)), through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program as passed by the United States Congress on March 11, 2021. The allocation of funding must be committed or contractually encumbered to projects and programs by the end of 2024.
