Under the direction of the Chief Deputy, the Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership in managing personnel programs for a dynamic agency of 2,800 active members. This role requires independent judgement and initiative to oversee recruitment, benefits administration, classification, compensation, compliance, and workforce development.
