Apply for Job: Resource Development Manager at Nonprofit Leadership Center

The NLC Resource Development Manager (RDM) will fill a critical role in resource development, including fund development and marketing/communications responsibilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, the RDM is the organizational lead for grant writing, sponsorships, annual giving, donor stewardship as well as support of communications strategies in concert with the NLC Communications partner, Round Square. The role has both external and internal facing components and will be a key player on the dynamic NLC staff team. Duties will also include critical customer service functions and support during NLC business hours. The ideal candidate is lifelong learner with strong relationship skills, looking to build upon experience in resource development.
