New Sanitation Department Building Construction Opportunity

The design work shall consist of replacing the two existing Sanitation Department Buildings (2001 28th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713) with one new building and the associated site work. The existing buildings are to remain operational during the construction of the new building. The new building currently is estimated to be approximately 15,000 square feet and it will house administrative and operational functions. The anticipated construction budget for the project is $5,000,000.00.
