Job Position: Resident Education Professional (REP)

Job Summary: The REP impacts the lives of young women ages 18-21 transitioning
from foster care into their next steps into adulthood. The Residential Education
Professional will ensure that My Sistah’s Place occupants are safe and follow the
regulations and procedures. This position provides support and general supervision of
daily activities including cooking, cleaning, recreation, homework, outings, and other
activities. The Residential Education Professional creates a warm, welcoming
environment, acts as a role model and encourages positive behavior and development.
