PROGRAM ASSISTANT: The Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to agency staff and performing a variety of administrative functions including: assisting clients with applications, data entry, managing appointments and calendars. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented. Two (2) years of experience with a non-profit entity are required. Fluency in English and in Haitian Creole necessary.
FAMILY AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR: The Family and Neighborhood Service Partnership (FNSP) Director will have primary responsibility for managing a program to provide support to high-need adults, youth, and families of the Northeast Corridor. The successful candidate will have a master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling; be responsible for supervising all program components including liaising with cross-sector partners to support and enhance a coordinated community partnership network that leverages resources, services, and expertise to support high-need families. Fluency in English and in Haitian Creole necessary.
COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST: The Communications Specialist will expand and/or update Sant La’s communications and marketing strategies and create a comprehensive plan to support the agency’s mission and programs through traditional and digital marketing. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or a related field and/or a combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR: The Special Projects Administrator (SPA) will manage the Sant La Fellows Program and will coordinate and/or support agency events. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and/or a combination of education and experience in the non-profit sector.
SUCCESS COACH: The Success Coach will have major responsibility to assist and encourage Sant La clients in meeting the minimum goals established in a customized care plan created with their input, based on the results of individualized needs assessments. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or a related field and/or a combination of education and experience.
