This is advanced professional, technical, and analytical work in the research, applied methodology, design, development, recommendation, implementation, review, and evaluation of supplier diversity programs for accuracy and effectiveness. Work requires developing metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of established supplier diversity goals; analyzing data between businesses and City departments; reporting to stakeholders and ensuring reports are delivered within required deadlines in line with supplier diversity goals and initiatives; performing analysis of supplier diversity data to comply with purchasing best practices; maintaining project work tables to analyze and assess equity program efficiencies; coordinating and implementing approved procedures to meet supplier diversity goals; reviewing data and documentation for accuracy and completeness; analyzing and evaluating key reporting metrics to develop and implement actions insights, and designing and developing automated reporting systems for use in monitoring and analyzing supplier diversity programs. Work also includes composing, preparing, and presenting final reports, including organizing the supporting documents, in meaningful and interpretive formats; and working with management to effectively integrate supplier diversity objectives with recommended strategies in support of overall established service goals for the department; Work requires the exercise of considerable independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in completing assigned tasks.
