The extensive public-private partnership behind the SkyWay Lofts II is celebrating construction commencing on the much-anticipated affordable housing development with monthly rents starting at $358.
Wednesday morning’s groundbreaking ceremony represented a culmination of three years of collaborative efforts between St. Petersburg and Pinellas County officials and the Blue Sky Communities development team.
