We are gearing up to host the first cohort of training for microbusinesses and first time space users who will lease space at Sankofa on the Deuces (or other facilities in the CRA and downtown).
Though a majority of committed tenants for Sankofa on the Deuces are experienced lessees, we expect that as many as two dozen founding tenants will be new to space leasing.
