The Tampa Water Department is offering a limited number of rebates to single-family account holders who commit to and achieve potable water use reductions. To be eligible, children must be 18 years old or younger and have Medicaid or no health insurance. Services are by appointment only. Parents or legal guardians must accompany children on the mobile clinic and bring each child's most up-to-date immunization record. Other services that may be offered include: Dental fluoride varnish, developmental screening (children under 5 years old), child safety assessment, vision screening, and community referrals.
