ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  Researches and writes grant proposals to support the organization's programs with a focus on meeting the required nonfederal share.  Facilitates grant-writing team meetings and prepares documents for final approval and submission.  Regularly monitors governance documents and activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations and specific terms and conditions of multiple grant awards.          Prepares reports and makes presentations as required. Coordinates and manages special projects, including planning, implementation and follow-up activities.  Fosters positive relationships with funders, key stakeholders, including the children’s services councils and Early Learning Coalitions, in each of the LSF HS/EHS service areas.  Develops and provides training, tools and resources for staff regarding grants administration, governance compliance, and LSF HS/EHS policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Non-profit Management or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least ten (10) years of experience. Ability to foster positive relationships with governmental agencies, funders, other businesses, and organizations.
