Belle of the Ball Project is a 501(C) 3 non-profit organization, which provides homecoming and prom dresses to high school girls in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Citrus. and surrounding counties for their high school dances. Shopping dates are September 23rd, September 30th, October 14th, and October 21st. All shopping days are held on Saturdays. Hours are 10am to 2pm. No appointments are necessary. SBA Opens Pinellas Business Recovery Center at Pinellas County Economic Development in Largo

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the opening of the Business Recovery Center (BRC) in Pinellas County on Sept. 18, to help businesses impacted by Hurricane Irma.  SBA representatives at the Center can provide information about disaster loans, answer questions and assist businesses in completing the SBA application.

For additional information on the disaster loan program may be obtained by calling SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955(800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing) or by sending an email to disastercustomerservice@sba.gov. Now that you have mastered Conversational Spanish I and II, you are ready to use your language skills to communicate your thoughts and ideas in a meaningful conversation. In this class, students continue to learn more grammar concepts, the imperative mood, prepositions, and the first compound tense. Students will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned during the first classes. This class will reinforce basic concepts in a practical conversational setting. It will also be a refresher class to those intermediate students who want to re-enter Spanish classes.

Hillsborough and Pinellas County workers and businesses that where affected by Hurricane Irma can receive recovery assistance. Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) is available to individuals whose employment or self-employment was lost or interrupted as a result of Hurricane Irma.  DUA applications must be filed by October 16, 2017.
